A graduate of Babson College, Roy MacDowell has over three decades of real estate investment and development experience, and is currently the president of the MacDowell Company in Weston, Massachusetts. Now more commonly known as the Commercial Real Estate Development Organization, NAIOP has been supporting those in the industry for over 40 years. The organization offers educational programs, certification, networking opportunities, and exclusive job listings for developers and investors in office, industrial, and and retail spaces. The founders originally came together to seek standardized restrictions, building requirements, as well as more advantageous taxation.
